Instructor Curriculum
Additional Martial Arts Training

Our BASIC PROGRAM is a curriculum based on the Southern Chinese Martial Art of Wing Chun. Our Wing Chun is part of the Wong Shun Leung lineage and is highly focused on practical self-defense. To mark your progress towards your training goals, we use the colored belt system adapted from Jigoro Kano's ranking system introduced for Judo.

As you reach proficiency in the BASIC PROGRAM, you may become eligible for the BLACK-BELT LEADERSHIP PROGRAM. This curriculum includes all of the Wing Chun coursework, but adds training in the Filipino Martial Art of Balintawak Escrima/Arnis.

Individuals who exhibit exceptional potential and leadership qualities may be invited to our CERTIFIED INSTRUCTOR TRAINING PROGRAM. This coursework builds on that of the BLACK-BELT program, but adds specific leadership training within the Instructor Curriculum and exposure to many other additional martial arts systems.

We would love to discuss your specific goals and help you find the training program that's right for you. Please contact us for an appointment.

IMPORTANT NOTE

The martial arts are physically demanding and include contact through drills and sparring. Because these activities may be strenuous, it is essential that a physician be consulted prior to training.
