Ancient Arts, Modern Approach

The Southern Chinese Martial Art of Wing Chun is over 300 years old, and throughout it's history it has evolved to meet the needs of the times. Because Wing Chun is a concept-based system, we are continuing that tradition by focusing our training on what is practical and applicable to the needs of our modern society. Using tactics, techniques and training methods cultivated over many generations, we also take advantage of modern advances in sports physiology and conditioning and the unprecedented access to martial arts systems from around the world.

Safe and Effective Training

The martial arts are designed for contact fighting, but you cannot train if you're injured. This is why our curriculum is designed with Safety First. As you progress through your training, you'll learn how to practice safely, avoid injuries in conditioning and sparring, and ultimately how to effectively defend yourself or your loved ones and avoid becoming a victim of violent assault.
