Which Martial Arts Are Right For Me?
Finding the right martial art for you depends on your goals and expectations. What do you want to do In your martial arts training, and what do you want to get out of it?
We teach Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. If you've ever watched a Mixed Martial Arts competition such as the Ultimate Fighting Championship or others, you've probably seen Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. This system has proven so effective that it is now a standard part of nearly every MMA fighter's training. The training encompasses free-fighting, the clinch and ground-fighting applications.

Come join us and learn to defend yourself by using principles from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, a martial art/combat sport that focuses on grappling and especially ground fighting. We offer classes specifically for women only, taught by a female instructor. Women's self-defense classes are held each Friday evening at 7 PM.
